Workday Peakon now supports phone number sign-in, offering a more flexible and accessible way for users to log in.

Employees can securely access their accounts without needing an email address or password, ideal for frontline workforces.

With this release, users can now sign in using their phone number with a one-time SMS code.Users signing in with a phone number will access only their personal employee dashboard.

SMS delivery is handled by Twilio, reliability may vary depending on regional and carrier-specific factors.

Administrators can enable phone number sign-in by creating a

Leaders will be able to track ESG perceptions, uncover gaps, and set targeted action plans.

Review and update access control permissions to grant access to the question sets once the feature is launched. Evaluate the questions sets and update as needed.
