We ensure your AI comment summaries only include production data.

With this release, AI comment summaries for that round are automatically removed from dashboards when a survey round is marked as a test. This applies to both existing and newly created test rounds. We also introduce a pop-up alert that notifies administrators that any summaries linked to that round’s comments will be permanently removed.

We launch a series of UI enhancements in Workday Peakon to improve question administration for both desktop and mobile experiences.

We update the Changes field to document a new change on the edit question slide-in panel.

In this release, we update the layout of the edit question slide-in in Workday Peakon to prioritise key actions and improve visibility:

Introduce a new design component for how we display an inactive driver or question set within the slide-in view.
Move the localization alert to the top of the slide-in for standard questions.
Remove the text on the
Question
input box
"Add a question that relates to the driver above".
Reorder fields: the
Activate question
checkbox now appears before the
Question set
and
Driver
dropdowns.

We also update the

Inactive

question label:

It now appears below the question for better readability.
We change the label colour changes from amber to red.
A new
“blocked”
icon is added to clearly indicate inactive status.

Additionally, we enhance the experience on mobile:

The
Edit
button on the question administration page is now aligned to the right of each question, replacing the previous stacked layout for better usability on smaller screens.
