Translation Process Update
We update the implementation process for key translation changes in Peakon.
Key translation changes include survey questions, the survey UI, driver names, feature names or frequently used terms.We implement the new process from 25R1 to ensure that key translation changes are applied by 25R2.
We align key translation changes with Workday's 2 main annual releases. We publish an overview of upcoming key translation changes in Community approximately 1 month before each go-live date.
This update applies only to key translation changes that aren't triggered by updates to the English source copy. Changes to the English source copy will continue to update the translations throughout the year. Updates to non-key translations will proceed without dedicated communication.
Peakon Survey Email Redesign
We will update the Peakon survey invite email design to enhance the user experience with a clearer layout and fewer links, making it less likely for phishing detection mechanisms to classify the email as phishing or suspicious. This update will go live at the end of January 2025.
You’ll notice:
- A new design for the survey invite email.
- A reduced number of links.
- The 0–10 rating scale has been removed.
