Team Suggestions
With this release, we enable employees to engage in confidential brainstorming on their manager dashboard's focus areas. This provides a way to involve the team in the action planning process, and to collect solution-oriented insights when a manager doesn't have enough comments to understand the underlying issues.
Note: This is a gradual release. We expect all customers to have this functionality by the 15th March.

Team suggestions in personal dashboards | The dashboards of focus areas now display a suggestion area, where employees can read the optional custom note from their manager and submit confidential suggestions. The confidential suggestions area only displays on the dashboards of drivers that the manager has set as team focus areas. |
Team suggestions tab in manager dashboards | Driver dashboards now display a Team suggestions tab where managers can access team suggestions, or set the driver as a focus area to start gathering team suggestions. If the manager has added a custom message, it displays here. Team suggestions disappear from this tab after the manager removes the driver as a focus area. |
Custom messages in focus area email notifications | When a manager chooses to notify their team about a new focus area, they can now add a custom message to encourage employees to add suggestions. Example: "Hi team, I've seen a decline in the Role-related stress scores and would like to hear some feedback on how we can improve our scores.". |
Integration Email Notifications
With this release, we continue improving the administrator user experience in relation to Peakon's standard user provisioning integrations. Examples: Workday, BambooHR, and Personio.We now send an email notification to administrators if:
- Their user provisioning integration has automatically disconnected. The email contains suggested troubleshooting steps, helping administrators reconnect the integration promptly.
- A manually triggered sync has completed. If errors or warnings occur during the sync, they continue to display in the Integrations area on Peakon.
These notifications don't apply to custom user provisioning integrations. It's possible to unsubscribe to these emails as usual.
Duplicate Records in Error Logs on Workday Integration
We introduce a constraint that prohibits the creation or update of an employee record if another record already exists with the same Workday username. This commonly occurs during the conversion process from Contingent Worker to Employee in Workday.
The Error log on the integration page in Peakon now warns users when the sync is attempting to create a duplicate employee record.
Branding in Personal Dashboards
Employee personal dashboards now support branding in questions, creating a more consistent and familiar experience for employees of differently branded entities of an organization.
