Language Enhancements
With this update, we continue expanding our language capabilities by adding new manager dashboard languages and enhancing existing survey translations.

Spanish (LA) and Portuguese (PT) Dashboard Languages | We enable Spanish (LA) and Portuguese (PT) languages on manager and personal dashboards. |
Swedish and Dutch Micro Courses | We enable Swedish and Dutch as supported languages for Peakon micro courses for the Engagement question set. |
Italian Remote Work Driver | We change the Remote Work driver name from Telelavoro to Lavoro da remoto in response to customer feedback. |
Japanese Key Terms and Feature Name | We enhance the existing Japanese translations in several areas of Peakon. Examples: Key terms such as Manager and the Curated Insights feature name. |
Semantic Topics Insights
With this release, we introduce insights for semantic topics. This functionality enables managers and administrators to quickly identify the topics that are most important in an organization, as well as the trends in those topics over time. You can also use Insights on Topics to track the impact of your initiatives on employee’s sentiment and engagement.
There's now a report on the category page of each semantic topic, which displays:
- The number of associated comments currently and over time.
- The NPS score distribution.
- The average score currently and over time.
- Related drivers.
User Interface for Peakon Workday Sync
It's now possible to reload the events table on the Workday integration page on Peakon without needing to perform a full page refresh in the browser, enabling you to access updated events faster than before.
Password Requirements
In addition to existing requirements, your password must not contain your user ID and the word "Workday". Additionally, your password must not be guessable in less than 10,000,000,000 attempts. We don't enforce these requirements on existing customers, unless they reset or change their password.
Peakon Benchmarks
We update industry benchmarks on Workday Peakon Employee Voice with the most recent data from 2023 Q4.
Confirmation Emails
We clarify the email subscription copy in user confirmation emails to convey that users are opting in to emails that relate to survey results. Translations in languages other than English (UK) will be live around mid March.
