We add a
Benchmark mapping
tab on each attribute's page in the section. The tab now contains a drop-down menu with available standard values for the attribute based on its type. Example: Date type attributes only contain mapping values that relate to dates. You can now also select the mapping values for each option type segment by clicking Edit
next to the segment name, or by importing segment mappings using Excel in the Benchmark mapping
tab. This release enables customers to be self-sufficient when mapping their attributes and segments to standard values for True Benchmark adjustments, integrations, attrition prediction and employee experience cycle reports.
Example: You've deleted the standard Local Office attribute and created your own attribute for the same purpose. You can map it to the Location benchmark mapping to ensure that the True Benchmark functionality makes adjustments based on this custom attribute.
We recommend that you review and update your mappings if needed. If you update your mappings, the difference to benchmark may change due to changes in True Benchmark adjustments.
Team Suggestions Banners
We replace the existing banner on driver pages with a team suggestions banner, enabling managers to set the driver as a focus area and to read related documentation.
The banner only displays in All Reports and Direct Reports dashboards for managers that have access to manage priorities, and continues to display until the manager closes it.
This banner encourages managers to set drivers as focus areas, and add a custom note to encourage team suggestions from their employees.
PEAKON_INCLUDED Worker Handling
We improve the Workday integration with Peakon to better handle inactive and rescinded workers.
Previously, all workers had to be evaluated as
True
by the PEAKON_INCLUDED calculation to be included in updates. This caused issues when fields used in the calculation changed after a worker became inactive, leading to many terminated workers being missed in updates. The only workaround was to add extra layers to calculation fields, which was cumbersome and ineffective for rescinded workers. To address this, we've made the inactive phases PEAKON_INCLUDED agnostic. This change increases the likelihood of including workers, regardless of their current status.
This enhancement ensures more comprehensive data updates by including inactive and rescinded workers, reducing the need for complex calculation workarounds. You will experience more accurate reporting.
Swedish Translation Enhancements in Peakon
We change the Swedish translation of "transformation" in Swedish from "omställning" to "transformation", including in driver names and survey questions.
Norwegian Translation Enhancements in Peakon
With this release, we resolve an issue that prevented a reviewed set of Norwegian translations from releasing into production in April.
The translation updates include terminology in the dashboard, survey questions, user communications, feature names and other central terminology.
Usage Metrics Exports
With this release, we make enhancements to the usage metrics export functionality. We release this update gradually to all customers until mid August.
The entire export functionality now:
- Matches the overall manager numbers to the figures in the usage metrics report, fixing a discrepancy from a previous release.
- Adheres to the parameters that you've selected in the report. Example:Timeframe.
- Contains a new tab that displays any selected parameters.
- Contains a new tab that displays overall percentages at the segment level, including difference to benchmark.
The comment export functionality now:
- Displays the new metrics as shown on the feature itself.
- Adheres to the selectedAll ReportsorDirect Reportstoggle and theShow percentages as numbersoption.
The comments export continues to include a tab that contains the metrics the report used to display, with comment interactions per manager.
The actions export functionality continues to include a tab that contains manager action plans.
This release makes the export more consistent with the reporting displayed in the user interface, while maintaining some of the legacy information from the original version of the report.
Slack Notifications for Team Suggestions
We now send a daily Slack notification to managers when there are new team suggestions in their segments, from Monday to Friday at 9AM in the manager's local time zone. The Slack notification targets the line manager of each segment, and any manually set managers of the segment.
The notification is automatically active for all customers using the Slack integration. You can deactivate the notification in , if needed.
We release this update gradually to all customers until end of July.
Dashboard Recalculation Self Service
We add a
Recalculation
tab in the Data Settings
area within Administration
. It’s possible to calculate only focus areas and highlighted segments, only topics, or both. This tab is only available to administrators.Administrators no longer need to get support from Workday to recalculate dashboards.
Example:Your organization has set up a special project group of existing employees, so you’ve created a new segment in Peakon. You backdated the new segment because you want the dashboard to have retroactive data. The next survey is in 6 months, and the new dashboard doesn’t have any focus areas, highlighted segments, or comment topics. You can now manually recalculate this segment to retroactively conduct these analyses with existing survey data, without needing to wait for the next survey round.
SSO Survey Link
With this release, we enhance the survey experience by introducing a universal survey link exclusive for Single Sign-On (SSO) users.
This feature:
- Enables quick and easy survey access for all employees, regardless of their location or device.
- Reduces the risk of accidental survey completion on behalf of another participant.
- Allows administrators to share the same survey link with employees.
- Enables deskless workers quick access to their survey. This ensures they can participate without the need for repeated logins, improving survey participation rates and accuracy.
In the tile, we add the
Survey Link
tab. Within this tab, Administrators can view and share the SSO Survey URL. The SSO survey link is a universal link that validates the user's SSO details, then brings the user directly to their unique survey. If the user does not have an active SSO session, then they will prompt to login in order to continue.
