Survey Participation Insights

New Functionality Title	New Functionality
Participation information modal	We add a new information modal that displays when you click the information icon. In the modal, we made these updates: The participation by round graph (previously available by clicking 'Expand') now has cleaner and easier-to-follow bars. The participation benchmark is available on toggle, and displays per survey round. A new average participation metric is available on toggle, to give users a better understanding of trends over time, and to serve as a way to bridge the gap between the latest and aggregated participation. A new table view displays in a separate tab to increase accessibility and for further analysis.
Participation home page card	We change the layout of the participation home page card to provide greater prominence to the numbers displayed metrics. As part of this update, we make these changes: The latest round participation now displays on the home page, to visually distinguish between aggregated and per-round participation. Rehired Employee Sync for the Peakon Workday Integration

With this release, we improve the employee sync from Workday to Peakon by removing an issue that previously caused the error 422 ("The tenure date cannot be after the separation date") when syncing rehired employees.

The integration now syncs rehired employees to Peakon by removing their previous separation date during the sync. This enhancement eliminates the need for workarounds to ensure rehired employees successfully sync to Peakon.

Manager Learning Resources

Existing resource refresh	We add a new information modal that displays when you click the information icon. In the modal, we made these updates: We refresh the existing article and video resources on the Improve tab for Engagement, Health & Wellbeing, and Diversity & Inclusion question sets, to ensure they are up to date and relevant.
Suggested actions for the Transformation & Change question set	We change the layout of the participation home page card to provide greater prominence to the numbers displayed metrics. As part of this update, we make these changes: We introduce 19 suggested actions for the Transformation & Change question set.

Driver Pages User Interface

On Peakon driver pages, we remove the "Learn about [Driver name]" tab which duplicated most of the content from the information slide-in when clicking the "?" next to the driver name. We also moved the Theory section from the tab to the information slide-in.

Peakon Survey Question Refresh

We update the wording of 23 questions across the Engagement and Health and Wellbeing question sets.
