Customize Peakon Survey Notification Title on People Experience Cards

  • Set up People Experience cards for Workday Peakon Employee Voice surveys.
  • Security: Access to the
    Home Cards
    workspace.
You can customize the title and subtitle on survey notification cards to align messaging with your organization's language and terminology.
  1. In Workday, access the
    Home Cards
     workspace.
  2. In the
    Added cards
     section, locate
    Peakon Employee Voice Survey Notifications
    .
  3. Click the ellipsis icon (
    …
    ) for
    Peakon Employee Voice Survey Notifications
     and select
    Edit
    .
  4. In the
    Card Settings
     section of the
    Edit Card
    dialog box, select the
    Customize Title
     check box.
  5. In the text box, enter the new title.
  6. (Optional) Select the
    Customize Subtitle
     check box and enter the new subtitle in the text box.
  7. Select the
    Publish Card on Home
     checkbox.
  8. Click
    OK
    .
Workday updates the People Experience card to display your customized title and subtitle. If you do not customize the text, the card continues to display the default title
"New Survey Available"
