Set Up BambooHR Integration

Set Up BambooHR Integration

  • Contact Customer Care to enable the BambooHR integration.
  • Security:
    Administrator
     access in Peakon.
You can synchronize worker data between Peakon and BambooHR to:
  • Create a new employee in Peakon when you onboard an employee in BambooHR.
  • Separate in Peakon when you terminate them in BambooHR.
  • We recommend that you apply the same BambooHR naming convention to Peakon attributes to ensure that fields map correctly.

Workday Peakon production tenant only supports connections with a production environment. Sandbox environments are not supported and return an error. Always use a valid service user token from your Hibob production environment when setting up the integration in Peakon.
  1. In Peakon, select
    Administration
    Integrations
    Other Integrations
    .
  2. Select
    BambooHR
    .
  3. Click
    Connect
    .
    Only administrators on BambooHR have permission to create tokens because the integration inherits permissions from the issuing user account.
To address errors or configuration changes by accessing
Settings
 and click
Synchronize now
 to start a full synchronization.
