Concept: Highlighted Topics
Workday Peakon Employee Voice uses AI to generate relevant topics from the latest survey comments. It highlights key areas to give leaders a quick view of what needs their attention.
Highlighted topics appear on the question set dashboards. After each survey round, the system flags:
- Most mentioned by employees.
- Most positive.
- Most negative.
- Mixed opinions.
- Most related to each question set (Example: most related to Engagement).
These change with every round.
The highlighted topics display the title, number of comments, relevant segments, sentiment, and related themes.
