Concept: Dashboard Export
You can export dashboard results into Microsoft PowerPoint presentation format by clicking the
Export as PowerPoint
button on your dashboard overview. The export displays results from the dashboard of the question set you're viewing.It's possible to export a PowerPoint for these question sets:
- Engagement.
- Diversity & Inclusion.
- Health & Wellbeing.
When you export a question set's dashboard, you need to choose whether to export the
Full version
or the Custom version
where you can select which sections to include in the export.Features and Content
- Latest Data: The results you export display the latest aggregated data, corresponding to the dashboard context you view.
- Participation Metrics: The PowerPoint export includes both Question Set participation and Overall participation.
- Segment Context: It's only possible to export a segment's dashboard if you've set your context to that specific segment. Authorized segments appear as permanent items or in search results within your context switcher.
Limitations
- Subsegments: It's not possible to export the view of a segment within another segment (Example:Female (Gender)withinMy team (Manager)).
- Data Availability: You cannot export a question set's dashboard if your visibility window contains no survey data for the main score of that question set.
