View Participation Per Segment

View Participation Per Segment

Access comparison of segments.
If you have access to view subsegments in your segment heat map, it's possible to display the
Latest
 and
Aggregated
 participation per segment.
During a live survey round, the
Latest
 column displays participation rates for the current round. See Concept: Survey Participation Reporting to learn more about participation metrics in the heat map.
  1. In your dashboard, go to the
    Analysis
     tab.
  2. Select Heat Map Segments that should display in the heat map.
  3. Click
    Show participation
     to display the
    Latest
     and
    Aggregated
     columns.
