Remove a Focus Area
These permissions are necessary to manage custom focus areas:
- Access to strengths and focus areas
- Manage focus areas
If you no longer want a driver to display as a focus area, you can manually remove it.
If the focus area has team suggestions, they won't be available after you remove the focus area. Setting the driver as a focus area again won't bring back previous team suggestions.
- Click the focus area in theOverviewpage to open its dashboard.
- Under the score and participation section, clickRemove focus area.
The now removed focus area will no longer display on personal and shared dashboards.
