Concept: AI Comment Translations

The AI Translations uses generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) to automatically translate all comments into the user’s dashboard language. This also enables users to read AI summaries in their preferred language and be able to use Semantic Topics and Semantic Search in languages other than English. AI Translations supports all available dashboard languages, and automatically detects the user’s dashboard language to use for translations. Only the comment text itself (without any additional data related to the comment) is processed to generate the translations. To learn more about AI Translations, see the AI Fact Sheet.

AI Comment translations automatically translates all non-English comments, enabling Semantic Topics to categorize comments of all languages into the same predefined categories.

AI Comment Translations enables users to search and view comments in all languages in Semantic Search results. Users can also search in their preferred language.

AI Comment translations allows comment summaries to be automatically translated into a user's preferred language. Without comment translations, summarization only uses English-language comments. Visit Concept: AI Comment Summarization for more information on this feature.
