You enter your email address, and now need to enter a password, despite never having set a password.
Managers can create a password when they click the dashboard link that they receive. If a manager never receives any manager-facing emails from Workday Peakon Employee Voice, they miss out on this step.

You enter your email address, but it says that the email address doesn't exist.
When you enter your email address, Peakon checks whether any existing employee records match the provided information. If no match is available, you can't proceed.
Multiple options:
  • Check for typos.
  • If your company has multiple email domains, check with your administrator which domain you should use. Example: company.com, company.co.uk, company.org, and so on.
  • Verify with your administrator that you have an employee record on Workday Peakon Employee Voice.
You enter your email address, but the sign-in page states that you no longer work there.
If your employee record contains a separation date that is in the past, you can't access your account.
If this information isn't correct, contact your administrator to rectify the issue.

You need to use Single Sign-On, but the sign-in page is asking you to enter a Workday Peakon Employee Voice password.
Single Sign-On searches the domain of your email address against the email domains on companies that have Single Sign-On enabled.
It's possible you're using an email address that contains a domain that's not on the list of enabled domains. It's also that possible your company hasn’t enabled Single Sign-On, or temporarily disabled it.
Contact your administrators, who can check if Single Sign-On is active. They can also check with Support whether the email domain you're using is on the list of enabled domains.
You're using Single Sign-On, but after redirecting to your Single Sign-On page, it states you should contact your administrator.
This issue means that we've found a matching employee record, but the Workday Peakon Employee Voice application isn't active for you in your identity provider.
Contact your IT team and ask them to add the Workday Peakon Employee Voice application to your Single Sign-On services.
You enter your email address, and the page redirects you to the Single Sign-On of your company. After completing your Single Sign-On details, the page redirects you back to Workday Peakon Employee Voice sign-in page.
You likely already have an active session with your identity provider, with an email address that isn't on your Workday Peakon Employee Voice employee record.
After going through sign-in flow, it tries to return you to Workday Peakon Employee Voice. However, if this email address doesn't match your employee record, you can't proceed.
Sign out of your identity provider. Go to the Workday Peakon Employee Voice sign-in page. Enter your email address and sign in to your identity provider using the same email address.
If you can't proceed, it's likely that the email address doesn't match the email address on your Workday Peakon Employee Voice employee record.
You sign in to your account, but instead of displaying your dashboard (manager or personal), it says that there are no surveys to complete.
You don't have access to view your dashboard, as per access control.
Contact your administrators, who can check your access control group and grant segment access, if necessary.
