Sign in to Your Account Using Phone Number

You must have:
  • An employee record with a phone number on Workday Peakon.
Leaders land on their team dashboard when signing in. Employees land on their survey (during a survey round) or personal dashboard, if you've activated this feature for your organization.
To maintain security, managers and admins who sign in with their phone number can only access their Employee profile. Managers see their personal dashboard instead of the manager dashboard.
  1. Go to the sign-in page. Example:
    companyname.peakon.com
  2. Select
    Continue with phone number
    .
  3. Enter your phone number and select
    Continue
    .
  4. If your phone number matches the number added to your Peakon employee record, you'll get a verification code on your phone. Add the code you've received and select
    Continue
    .
You’ve signed in with your phone number and can now access your survey and dashboards.
