Set Segment Visibility Threshold
Security: only members from the
Administrators
group can set threshold settings.The
Number of responses
setting controls the minimum number of employees that need to complete their survey for a segment to become available for comparison. This setting works together with the visibility window that you select.Consequently, during each new survey round, old data leaves the current score as it's no longer current enough, while new data adds onto the current score.
- Go to .
- Set theNumber of responsessetting.
You've set
Number of responses
to 5 and the Aggregation period
visibility window is 1 year. The Marketing team segment consists of 2 subteams, totaling to 8 employees. The manager wishes to view these segments separately in the heat map.
- The Content Marketing team has 5 employees who answered a survey in the last 1 year.
- The Marketing Analytics team has 3 employees who answered a survey in the last 1 year.
The manager of this team can view the overall Marketing segment, and the Content Marketing segment. The resulting dashboard locks in place until the next survey round, when it runs the same checks again.
While the setting prevents the smaller segment from displaying, it doesn't prevent deduction by comparing Content Marketing to the overall Marketing segment. Set the
Unique employees across two segments
setting to 4 to protect Marketing Analytics from confidentiality risk by also hiding the Content Marketing segment.
