Description
Information
Company name
The company name displays in questions that use the company name placeholder
%s
. If you have multiple entities with different names, use the name of the parent organization and configure the branding separately.
Logo
Your company logo displays on the main page of the survey. If you have multiple entities with different logos, upload the logo of the parent organization and configure the branding separately. The ideal size for the logo is 300 x 300 pixels.
Sector
The sector you select determines the selection of industry benchmark if you opt for the
Automatic
external benchmark option.
Size
Your employee headcount contributes toward the global benchmarking data set, but not toward benchmarking for your company.
Time zone
Set as the time zone of your main location. The survey uses this time zone as the fallback option for survey send-out time.
Data hosting region
Displays the region your Peakon data is hosted.
Data Control
Automatic deletion of former employees
Set how long terminated employee records should remain in the account after their separation date. It's possible to choose between 7 and 1825 days.
After the amount of days have passed following an employee's separation date, Peakon deletes their employee record and de-identifies their survey data in the database.
There's a safeguard that prevents immediate deletion of recently changed employees from the last 7 days. Example: If you set an employee's separation date to a date that's already past the deletion day threshold. This gives administrators the chance to correct any incorrectly assigned separation dates.
Data processing
Enable features that use a third-party provider to process data, and require manual opt-in.
Access to Peakon Support
Restrict data access to the regions that you’d like to receive support from.
We recommend enabling access so that the Workday teams can support you.
The options are:
  • Global support - all regions.
  • Restricted support - only specific regions.
  • No access.
Instances where enabling access could be useful include:
  • Deployment. Example: Initial account setup, question review, employee record uploads.
  • Support queries.
  • Business review sessions.
Email
Certificate
You can use email certificates (also known as signing certificates) to sign and encrypt email messages. When you encrypt an email using an email certificate, only the recipient can decrypt and read the email. The certificate assures recipients that the email is authentic and comes from a trusted source.
Consent Request
Add or edit consent request
You can select whether to use a default or custom consent message when you collect sensitive attributes in your surveys. You can use the custom consent to reflect your workplace culture while also helping you meet your compliance, General Data Protection Regulation, and local legislative requirements.
It's also possible to add translations and a URL to your custom consent message.
