Talent Sentiment Agent Insight Generation and Costs

Talent Sentiment Agent Insight Generation and Costs

Overview

You can control the cost of insight generation through access control groups. The Talent Sentiment Agent uses Workday Flex Credits, so you can manage your spend by choosing which users and segments have access to the agent.

How Insight Generation Is Triggered

Workday Peakon Employee Voice generates agentic insights when the survey round closes, based on user permissions at that moment. Workday Peakon Employee Voice only generates insights for managers whose access control group has the

check box selected.
If a user or segment doesn't have the required permissions when the survey round closes, Workday Peakon Employee Voice skips insight generation for those users and doesn't use Flex Credits for them.

Controlling Usage and Skipping Rounds

You can't set a separate schedule for the agent to skip rounds automatically. To control spend, manage generation manually with either of these access control setups:
Setup
Steps
Using Existing Access Control Groups
Use your existing access control group that includes the agent permissions.
To generate insights:
Select the

check box in the
Sentiment Agent
section before the survey round closes.
To prevent generation (Skip):
Clear these permissions before the survey round closes. Workday Peakon Employee Voice generates no insights and spends no Flex Credits for this group.
Creating a Dedicated Agent Access Control Group
Create a new, specialized access control group strictly for individuals who require agent access, and include only the agent permissions.
To generate insights:
Make sure the group is active and the check boxes are selected before the survey round closes.
To prevent generation (Skip):
You can either clear the individual permissions within the group, or deactivate the access control group entirely before the survey round closes.
