Troubleshooting: Requisitions Missing from My Reqs

Cause
Solution
You haven’t selected the correct ownership filter.
  1. Access the My Reqs dashboard.
  2. From the
    Ownership
     prompt, select All Reqs to view all requisitions that you're assigned to as a recruiter, sourcer, or collaborator.
You’re not displaying hidden requisitions.
  1. Access the My Reqs dashboard.
  2. In the
    Hidden Reqs
     section, enable
    Show Hidden Reqs
    .
You’re using filters on your requisition list.
  1. Access the My Reqs dashboard.
  2. Remove all filters from your requisition list.
You’re not the owner of or a collaborator on the requisition.
  1. Access your application tracking system.
  2. Assign yourself to the requisition as an owner or collaborator.
