New Self-Service Configuration Features for HiredScore Implementation
With this release, we deliver new self-service configuration tasks and enhance existing tenant setup functionality, enabling implementers to update and configure more HiredScore features directly from within Workday.
Workday HiredScore is a separate product (SKU) requiring a separate license. To purchase Workday HiredScore, contact your Customer Account Executive.
Business Benefit
Providing new self-service console tasks for HiredScore within Workday allows implementers to self-configure a customer's HiredScore environment, resulting in enhanced efficiency, less reliance on Professional Services, and greater customer autonomy.
Changes
We deliver these new HiredScore self-service configuration tasks within the
HiredScore Tenant Setup
task:
- Edit HiredScore Tenant Setup - Workday Integration
- Configure the Workday integration details for HiredScore. This enables the flow of data (such as job applications and job requisitions) between Workday and HiredScore. After setting up a HiredScore Integration User in your tenant, use this final step to connect the systems.
- Edit HiredScore Tenant Setup - SSO Integration
- Configure the single sign-on (SSO) integration for HiredScore to make HiredScore available to users based on your IDP configuration.
- Edit HiredScore Tenant Setup - RaaS Integration
- Configure the RaaS definition details for HiredScore. After completing the HireScore Reports configuration in your tenant, use this step to complete the link between the systems.
- Edit HiredScore Tenant Setup - Role Mapping
- Configure the HiredScore role mapping. Use role mapping to specify Recruiter and Manager roles in your tenant to enable Hiring Manager - Talent Advisor automation flows.
- Edit HiredScore Tenant Setup - Fetch UI
- Configure the columns and filters that are visible in the Fetch & Dynamic Fetch UI and the Embedded Fetch grid in Workday, and specify their order.
- HiredScore Tenant Setup - AIRC Functional & UI
- Configure the columns and filters that are visible in these UIs:
- Job Applications Inbox
- Pending Actions
- My Reqs
- On theCandidate Profile UItab, you can configure:
- Singular actions and grid mass actions that the end user can perform from their profile.
- The ability for recruiters to download a candidate’s profile on the profile page of the candidate. This means that there is a download option on both the candidate profile itself, and in the candidate grid.
- Insights on the candidate profile.
Changes submitted using this self-service functionality can take up to 30 minutes to display in the HiredScore UI, and impact your account configuration in HiredScore. When you make changes using this feature in Workday, existing configurations (including custom rules or filters) in Hiredscore are overridden.
