Configure the Job Applications Inbox UI

To prevent potential data loss, legacy HiredScore users must be aware that existing configurations related to country customization (filters that are configured only for specific countries and not the entire tenant) are overridden when they change settings on the
Job Applications Inbox UI
 sub-tab.
This task enables your administrator to configure the columns and filters for the Job Applications Inbox candidate list. In this area of the HiredScore application, recruiters can view the candidate list for their assigned job requisitions, and filter and sort the list according to their task prioritization.
  1. On the
    AIRC Functional & UI
     tab of the
    HiredScore Tenant Setup
     task, click the
    Job Applications Inbox UI
     sub-tab.
  2. Click
    Edit
    .
  3. Add, remove, and/or order columns and filters from the available list.
  4. You can specify the default column that determines the table sorting, and whether it is sorted in ascending or descending order (users can change these default settings in the HiredScore application).
  5. Click
    OK
     and
    Done
    .
  6. (Optional) When the HiredScore application is available and the data export is complete, verify in the Job Applications Inbox UI that the filters and sorting configurations are applied, and that the columns are populated with data.
