Concept: Workflow Tickets Overview
The
Tickets
tab on the workflow console provides a centralized location for users to view tickets across all stages, act on tickets where they hold the current responsibility, and initiate new workflow tickets.To access information about your completed and ongoing workflow tickets, navigate to the workflow console and select the
Tickets
tab. You can view all your ticket data on a convenient tabbed interface. You can utilize the search function and its filters on any tab to locate specific tickets. The Assigned To
column indicates who is currently working on a ticket. The Participants
column lists other users assigned to the ticket.Needs Action Tab
On this tab, you can view a list of open tickets requiring your action. You can also view a current count, enabling a quick assessment of tickets needing your attention. When the current user sees a ticket on their
Needs Action
tab during the Review
stage, based on their role as coordinator or assignee and the task status (pending or complete).In Progress Tab
This tab displays all your active tickets and a count of the tickets currently in progress. You can track the current stage of each ticket on this tab. Click a ticket to view details, identify the next action owner, and read any comments from stakeholders. Note that the items you can view in the ticket details vary depending on how workflow administrators configure the access settings.
Done Tab
On this tab, you can view a list of all completed tickets. These tickets are signed and executed, and associated documents are located in your contracts repository.
All Tab
This tab consolidates all tickets that are visible on the
Needs Action
, In Progress
, and Done
tabs.
