Access Workflows with Ask AI

  • A workflow administrator must have at least 1 workflow routing active. See Set Up Workflow Routing
  • Ask AI must be enabled for your workspace.
  • Security: You must have permissions to create tickets and access to the workflow according to the Workflow Access Control Lists.
Instead of manually searching for the right intake form, you can use Ask AI to find the correct workflow through a simple conversation.
  1. Access
    Ask AI
    and select the
    Workflow Routing
     option to initiate the request and get routed to the correct workflow.
  2. Ask AI will then dynamically generate and display up to 5 initial questions to help with the selection process.
    These questions are derived directly from the instructions defined by workflow administrators in the
    Routing Table
    .
  3. As you keep interacting with the model, Ask AI will ask targeted follow-up questions based on previous responses to narrow down the workflow.
    Throughout the process, Ask AI provides real-time reasoning, explaining which workflows is considering.
  4. Once the correct workflow is identified, Ask AI presents the workflow name as a clickable link, which brings you directly to the intake form with the workflow already pre-selected.
