Edit Templates

Enable access to
Workflow Builder
.
Upload templates with field mappings.
You can manage field mappings on uploaded templates and configure conditions to automate workflows efficiently.
  1. Click
    Workflow
    .
  2. On the
    Workflow Builder
     tab, select a workflow.
  3. On the
    Fields
     tab, edit fields.
    Click
    Add Field
    , select a field, and enter a field name.
    Click
    Remove
     to remove a field or a link.
  4. Update the source file and re-upload it using the
    Replace Template
     link in the document interface.
  5. On the
    Conditions
     tab, click
    Add Condition
    .
    You can:
    • Enter a name for the condition.
    • Configure logic for the condition in the
      Expression
       section.
    • Add a rule or a section to build the condition.
We update the template with new field mappings based on your configurations.
