Reference: Workflow Intake Form Links

You can share a direct link to a workflow intake form and enable users to navigate directly to the form to submit a new ticket. You can embed the links in external platforms or internal resources.

You must have access to Workflow Builder and own a published workflow to share workflow intake form links.

You can obtain the unique link for a workflow intake form using these methods:

Option	Description
New Tickets	Click Workflow , and on the Tickets tab, click New Ticket . Select either the: Copy Intake Form Link option on the workflow. Workflow, then the Copy Intake Form Link option on the Create Ticket tab.
Workflow Builder	Click Workflow , and on the Workflow Builder tab, select either the: Copy Intake Form Link from the More menu on the workflow you want to share. Contract Management and Document Intelligence automatically copies the link to your clipboard. Workflow you want to share. On the Settings tab, you can copy the intake form link.
Ask AI	Go to the Automation tab and define routing rules to let Ask AI dynamically identify the correct workflow and provide users with a direct, clickable link to the intake form. See Set Up Workflow Routing
