Set Up Object Field Mappings

As Contract Intelligence completes AI processing, you can import the document metadata fields back into the Salesforce object which contains the document. You must map fields from Contract Intelligence to the appropriate Salesforce object field using Object Mappings. You can choose Salesforce object fields of up to 5 levels in the object hierarchy.
  1. From the
    Evisort Admin
     page in Salesforce, navigate to
    Sync Fields
    in the left menu.
  2. The first section is
    Sync Object Mapping
    . To add a new object mapping, click
    New Object Mapping
    .
  3. Choose a Salesforce Object.
  4. Add a row to the mapping for each Salesforce Object field that should be automatically populated with Contract Intelligence data.
  5. Select the desired Contract Intelligence field on the right to complete the mapping.
    You can configure mappings to Salesforce object fields with datetime or numeric data types only for Contract Intelligence fields with a compatible data type.
  6. Save the changes.
    You can edit an existing Object Mapping from the menu icon on the right side of the mapping row in the list view.
