Set Up Docusign for Document Synchronization
- Ensure you have Docusign administrator access.
- EnableConnectandPublishin the Docusign account.
You can synchronize new documents executed in Docusign with Contract Management and Document Intelligence. This integration ensures that your team has access to the most recent versions of documents. Once you complete the configuration, all new documents executed in Docusign automatically appear in a dedicated sync folder in Contract Management and Document Intelligence. This helps maintain a centralized and up-to-date repository of all executed agreements.

- ClickNew Folder.
- Create a folder in your connected cloud storage account (example: OneDrive, Box).This folder serves as the destination for signed Docusign documents.
- ClickSettingsin Docusign.
- ClickConnectin theIntegrationssection.
- (Optional) Perform a one-time publish. See How to Perform a Manual Publish of Connect Data in Low of High Volumes.Publish all completed envelopes to Contract Management and Document Intelligence to sync previously completed documents.
- From theConnectpage, clickAdd Configuration.

After you configure your connection between Docusign and your cloud storage, set up a sync pair between the designated Docusign folder in your cloud storage and the folder you created in Contract Management and Document Intelligence. See Set Up Document Synchronization with EviSync
