Reference: Document Statuses in Contract Management and Document Intelligence
A document upload progresses through these statuses as Contract Management and Document Intelligence processes it:
Status | Description |
|---|---|
Uploading
| Your file is currently uploading.
Don't refresh the page when an upload is currently in Uploading status. |
Queued
| Your file was uploaded and is in the processing queue. A file typically remains at this status for 20 minutes or less. If it gets stuck in Queued status, contact Workday Support for assistance. |
Processing
| OCR is converting your document and identifying Standard AI fields and clause tags. |
Complete
| Processing is complete and your document is now ready for indexing, analysis, and monitoring. |
Completed with Errors
| If 1 or more algorithms fails during processing, a yellow alert triangle displays this status. |
You can view your upload history in
Upload
> Upload Log
, regardless of whether you uploaded documents in the Documents
or Upload
tab. This is a list of your uploads only and doesn't include uploads performed by other users in your organization.When document processing fails, you can try to reprocess it by clicking
Process document again
in the red banner that displays when you access the document.
