Create Clauses

Create Clauses

You can create a clause with specific text and train the AI to recognize that language, allowing it to automatically find similar clauses in your other executed contracts.
  1. Click
    Automation

  2. Click
    New Clause
  3. Enter a name for the clause.
  4. Enter the
    Sample Text
    .
    You can add more samples after you create the clause
    5. We automatically generate the sample name based on the clause name and date. Customize the sample name for a more descriptive label.
  5. Click
    Create
    .
We display the clause on the Contract Summary section on the document's Contents tab and use it to identify related language on your documents.
