在目標正式環境用戶中啟用 Customer Central 存取權。
為 Customer Central 提供正式環境用戶的存取權，您必須按照特定順序在兩個用戶中執行動作，並在兩者之間來回切換。
- 以 Customer Central 管理者的身分登入 Customer Central。
- 在不同的瀏覽器分頁中，以安全管理者的身分登入目標正式環境用戶。
- 在 Customer Central 中，存取維護客戶用戶任務。
- 按一下新增用戶至 Customer Central。Workday 會在可新增的用戶標題下顯示您已啟用 Customer Central 存取權的用戶。
- 選取您要新增的用戶旁邊的核取方塊。Workday 會在「目前的用戶」區段中顯示「正式環境」用戶，此用戶載入狀態為︰需要透過管理用戶連結進行設定。
- 提供有意義的中央說明。
- 從正式環境用戶名稱的相關動作功能表中，選取管理連線，然後按一下開始設定。
- 從瀏覽器地址列複製正式環境用戶的 URL，並將其貼到用戶 URL欄位中。Workday 會提示您輸入存取金鑰，該金鑰是您從正式環境用戶取得的。
