Negative Risk Scores
Expense Protect returns a negative risk score when there's an error.

| The expense report line needs a credit card transaction to make a risk evaluation. |

| The expense report line is missing data. |

| There's an error with risk score evaluation. |

| The machine learning model doesn't have enough training data for the expense item in your tenant. |
Risk Levels
You can't configure
Pending
and Not Available
risk levels. When Expense Protect returns a Pending
risk level, access the Generate Risk Scores for Expenses
task for rescoring.
