Concept : fusion de candidats confidentiels

Workday vous permet de fusionner des candidats confidentiels ou des candidats qui ont des candidatures confidentielles avec :

D’autres candidats.

Des travailleurs auxiliaires.

Des anciens travailleurs.

Le candidat potentiel figurant dans l’enregistrement fusionné a le même statut confidentiel ou non confidentiel que la personne cible. Si la personne cible n’a aucun candidat potentiel, le candidat potentiel fusionné a le même statut confidentiel ou non confidentiel que le candidat potentiel du candidat source.

Les candidatures individuelles conservent leur statut confidentiel ou non confidentiel. Si vous annulez la fusion, les candidats potentiels et les candidatures retrouvent leur statut confidentiel ou non confidentiel initial. Les candidats potentiels confidentiels et non confidentiels peuvent avoir des candidatures confidentielles.
