Set Up Security for Platform Consumption Console

To complete these steps, you must be an implementer or security administrator.

The data displayed in the
Platform Consumption Console
dashboard is usage data and is not considered customer content.
Universal Main Subscription Agreement (UMSA) or Main Service Agreement (MSA) subscribers can use the
Platform Consumption Console
dashboard to review their document storage data, which helps you monitor your storage levels. See Workday Community: Simplified Platform Access: Faster, More Predictable Workday AI Adoption.
UMSA subscribers can also use the
Platform Consumption Console
dashboard to visualize their company's use of complimentary and purchased Workday Flex Credits based on their usage of Workday offers.
  1. Access the
    Management Dashboard: Platform Consumption Console
    domain in the System functional area.
  2. From the related actions menu of the domain, select
    Domain > Create Security Policy
    .
  3. Select the
    Confirm
    check box and click
    OK
    .
  4. In the
    Report/Task Permissions
    grid, add security groups relevant to your organization.
  5. Select the
    View
    check box and click
    OK
    .
  6. Activate Pending Security Policy Changes.
Selected security groups can now access the
Platform Consumption Console
dashboard.
