Set Up Identify Missing Data and Configuration Notifications for Workers Missing Payment Elections

domain in the Core Payroll functional area.When you set up the Payroll agent, you can immediately use the Identify Missing Data and Configuration skill in Workday Chat.
By default, workers missing payment elections receive a notification based on the parent notification type settings configured on the
Payroll
tab of the Edit Tenant Setup - Notifications
task. See Reference: Edit Tenant Setup - Notifications.Workday automatically sends an inbox notification to workers missing payment elections when you initiate the Find Workers Missing Payment Elections job using the Identify Missing Data and Configuration skill.
You can also:
- Configure a delivery override for Workday to additionally deliver email notifications to workers missing payment elections.
- Customize the content of the email notifications that workers receive.
If you want to notify workers with email notifications, you must configure the delivery override before you use the Identify Missing Data and Configuration skill.

- In theNotification Delivery Settingssection, select thePayrolltab.
- In theNotification Typecolumn, selectMissing Payment Elections.
- Select theOverride Parent Notification Type Settingscheck box.
- From theRuleprompt, selectCreate Notification Routing Rule.
- Complete theCreate Notification Routing Rulesection:OptionDescriptionNotification Type UsageSelectMissing Payment Elections.Channel FrequenciesClickAdd.ChannelSelectEmail.Default FrequencySelectImmediately.
- ClickOK.

- Access theEmail Template Behaviorsreport.

- ClickFilter.
- Select theMissing Payment Elections EmailEmail Template Behaviorto view email template behavior.
- Edit the default email template for notifications sent to workers missing payment elections.
- Access theCreate Email Templatetask.
- Complete theCreate Email Templatesection:OptionDescriptionEmail Template BehaviorSelectMissing Payment Elections Email.
- ClickOK.
- Click theAdd rowicon to add these rows to the grid:OrderDescription1
- SelectStatic Content.
- From theStatic Contentprompt, selectCreate Static Email Text.
- In theTextfield, enter the content you want to display as the header of the notification.
2- SelectStatic Content.
- From theStatic Contentprompt, selectCreate Static Email Text.
- In theTextfield, enter the content you want to display as the body of the notification.
3- SelectDynamic Content.
- From theDynamic Static Contentprompt, selectActionable Link.
- ClickOKandDone.

- Access theMaintain Email Templatestask.
- In theMissing Payment Elections Emailrow, confirm theActivecheck box is selected for your custom email template.
- ClickOK.

After you configure your email notifications:
- Workers missing payment elections receive both notifications in their Workday Inbox and email inbox if they set up their email address in Workday.
- The notifications that workers receive contain your customized content.
