Payroll Agent Skills

Helps provide you with contextual data analysis and insights related to minimum wage rates and costs.

This skill enables the agent to help you review and analyze the impact of minimum wage rates changed within the past 6 months or up to 6 months in the future. When you query the Payroll Agent, Workday uses AI to generate analysis on the estimated employer costs and number of impacted employees from new minimum wage rates.

This skill is only applicable for the agent for Payroll for the U.S. and Payroll for Canada.

Before the Payroll Agent can use this skill, you must configure the necessary data and permissions. See Set Up Minimum Wage Analysis Skill

You can also use this skill to update FLSA calendars that are set to expire within 90 days of the current date. This functionality is only applicable for Payroll in the U.S. Workday automatically notifies you once the process is complete.
