Create Integration System User for Case Agent

domain in the System functional area. Create a new Integration System User (ISU) specifically for the Case agent, enabling you to assign the ISU to a security group with permissions to access the agent.
- Access theCreate Integration System Usertask.
- Complete the prompt:OptionDescriptionUser NameEnter a user name specifically for the Case agent.New PasswordNew Password VerifySet a password. You won't need this password again.Session Timeout MinutesKeep the value at zero to prevent the integration system user session from expiring. Expired sessions can cause the integration to stop before it successfully completes.Do Not Allow UI SessionsSelect the check box.Time ZoneYou can leave this field empty.
- Access theCreate Security Grouptask.
- SelectIntegration System Security Group (Unconstrained)from theType of Tenanted Security Groupfield drop-down and enter aName.
- In theEdit Integration System Security Group (Unconstrained)prompt, enter the ISU name you previously created in theIntegration System Usersfield and selectOK.
- For theCase Assignment Skill, add the security group to these security domains and select theModifycheck box:

- View: Confidential Help Cases
To enable the Case agent to access absence data, add the security group to these security domains and select theViewcheck box:- Worker Data: Time Off (Time Off)
- Worker Data: Leave of Absence
Your ISU and security is set up for the Case agent.
