Suspend a Vendor

Suspend a Vendor

You can suspend a vendor to prevent them from receiving new job notifications and restrict their access to Workday VNDLY. When you suspend a vendor, they can only sign in to VNDLY if they have active
Work Orders
.
  1. From the header, select
    More
     >
    Vendors
    .
  2. Open the vendor profile that you want to suspend.
  3. (Optional) Click
    + Add Violation
     to enter a violation.
  4. Click
    Suspend Vendor
    .
    You can click
    Activate
     to reactivate the vendor at any time.
The vendor:
  • Stops receiving new job notifications.
  • Can only sign in to VNDLY for the duration of their active
    Work Orders
    .
