Set Up Custom Tax Identification Numbers for Countries
You can create custom fields for tax identification numbers for countries so that you can display appropriate tax identification numbers throughout VNDLY. Example: In the Netherlands, you need a KVK number and a BTW number. VNDLY delivers these by default, but you can create custom tax identification numbers for other countries.
- AccessCompany Settings > Foundational Data > Custom Fields.
- On theCustom Fieldstab, clickCreate.
- Enter aField Name. Example: KVK Number.
- In theType of Fieldfield, selectText Input.
- SelectPermissions.
- In theForm Selectionsection, selectVendor Tax Information.
- In theVendor Tax Informationfield, clickAdvanced Conditions.
- SelectMake this field conditionally visible.
- ClickAnd.
- Enter these values:

- As a Vendor user, accessCompany Profile > Edit Profile > Taxes & Payments > Tax Details.
- Select an option from the custom fields you configured for the selected tax country. If you haven’t configured any fields, this will automatically display asTax Identification Number.
