Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication as a User in Workday VNDLY

  • The authentication type on the user profile must be set to
    VNDLY Login
    .
  • The active user must be provisioned in VNDLY.
After multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enabled, applicable users are prompted to set up MFA, and won't be able to access VNDLY before doing so.
  1. Click
    Next
     under
    Enable Two-Factor Authentication
     to display a QR code.
  2. Download your authenticator app of choice on your smart device.
  3. Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code on the page.
  4. Enter the token that's generated by the authenticator app and click
    Next
    .
  5. Click
    Continue to Home Page
    .
  • Log in to VNDLY with MFA.
