Split a Consolidated Candidate Record
You must have these permissions:
- consolidatedcandidate.read
- consolidatedcandidate.update
VNDLY automatically sorts consolidated candidates groupings using a matching algorithm. If a record contains profiles belonging to different people, you may need to break them out into a brand-new record.
- From the header, select .
- Open the consolidated candidate detail view.
- Check the box for each profile that belongs to a different person that you want to move.
- ClickMove
- In theSearch Consolidated Candidate Record To Move Tofield, locate the consolidated candidate record you want to move these records to.
- ClickMove.
A new consolidated candidate record is created for the split-out profiles. The original record retains any profiles that were not selected.
