Financials functional area.You can cancel writeoffs:
- When students agree to pay off past due written off charges.
- To correct mistakes.
- Access theFind Student Charges Writeoffreport.
- Select from the related actions menu of the writeoff.
Workday adjusts the writeoff amount to zero and creates accounting for the
cancellation.
- (Optional) Remove holds associated with the writeoff from the student.
- (Optional) If the student is in collections, remove them by changing their collection status toInactive.
