Create Condition Rules to Review Invalid External Accounts

You can configure step conditions to prevent flagged student applications from continuing through
the business process. When the student application requires review, you must verify
that the student application is valid and eligible before Workday can resume the
business process.
You can add the step condition for any business process your institution uses in the
admissions process. Example:
- Admissions Evaluation Eventbusiness process.
- Student Application Fast Path Eventbusiness process.
You can also add the step condition at any stage of the business process. Example:
- Immediately after an applicant submits their student application.
- Before a student application undergoes standard evaluation.
- Before an applicant matriculates into a student.
- From the related actions menu of the business process, select .
- From the related actions menu of a step on the business process, select .
- On theEntry Conditionstab, in theEntry Conditionsgrid, selectCreate Condition Rulefrom theRuleprompt.

business process. By adding a step condition to check the
Requires Review
report field at the matriculation step,
Workday stops the business process for student applications that require review. After reviewing the application, you can manually matriculate the student applicant
if they’re valid.
Create a report to review flagged student applications and matriculate students as needed.
