Define Measurements for Student Recruiting Goals

  • Organization goals are defined for the supervisory organization of the academic unit in Workday HCM.
  • Security:
    • Worker Data: Organization Goals
      domain in the Performance Enablement functional area (for viewing organization goals).
    • Manage: Student Goals
      domain in the Academic Foundation functional area (for creating and viewing goal measurements).
    • Manage: Student Goal Reports
      domain in the Academic Foundation functional area (for accessing the
      Find Student Goal Measurement
      report).
Define measurable recruiting goals for an academic unit and link them to an organization goal so you can track your progress.
  1. Access the
    Create Student Goal Measurement
    task.
  2. As you define the goal, consider:
    Option Description
    Target Number
    The number of new student recruitment records you want to add during the goal period.
    Organization Goal
    Select from organization goals set up in Workday HCM. The prompt includes goals with less than 10 measurements defined.
    Start Date / End Date
    This field displays the time frame for meeting the goal as defined by the goal period for the organization goal.
  3. Select the
    Matching Criteria
    for the student prospects you're targeting.
You can:
  • Review the
    Student Goal Measurement Progress
    report for a selected goal period.
  • Review the goal with the
    Find Student Goal Measurement
    or
    View Student Goal Measurement
    reports.
