Set Up Application Fee Integrations for Configurable Online Applications

  • Set up an integration for application fees.
  • Security:
    Set Up: Student Payments
     domain in the Student Financials functional area.
You can configure your integrations with third-party payment processors so that students can pay their application fees when they apply for admission in Workday.
  1. Access the
    Configure Student Payment Options
     task.
  2. Select an
    Institution
    .
  3. Click
    OK
    .
  4. On the
    Application Fee Payment Settings
     tab, click
    Configure Integration System
    .
  5. Select your application fee integration in the
    Integration System
     prompt.
  6. (Optional) Select a different system user in the
    Run As User
     prompt when you don't want to use the configured integration system user.
    Users must have permission to use the required tasks and reports for the integration.
  7. (Optional) Change the request name.
    Workday displays the name on the Process Monitor.
  8. Configure any
    Integration Criteria
