Create Evaluation Views

Security:
Manage: Admissions Foundation
domain in the Admissions functional area.
You can manage the application data that reviewers access when they evaluate student admissions applications. Unless otherwise configured, Workday displays all data. You can hide fields from different groups of evaluators to:
  • Keep data confidential.
  • Meet other requirements of your institution.
  • Streamline information.
Example: To prevent previous assessments from influencing admissions reviewers, hide previous assessments and evaluations from their security group.
You can also use evaluation views to manage other aspects of the evaluation experience. Example:
  • Require reviewers to provide a decision recommendation when they review an application.
  • Select the questionnaires that reviewers should use to provide their feedback.
  • Verify that applications are ready for evaluation.
