Steps: Set Up Integration to Export ISIR Corrections

Consult with your integration administrator before making changes to integration systems.

You can send ISIR corrections to the Department of Education by using the ISIR Correction Outbound integration. This integration generates CORR
yy
IN message class files.

You must create a new integration system for each award year to generate ISIR correction files. You can correct ISIR transactions once Workday updates ISIR integration templates based on the ISIR layout for the current award year.

Create Integration System.

Enter a

System Name

of ISIR Correction Outbound (xxxx
-yyyy
), where xxxx
and yyyy
are the beginning and ending years of the award year. From the

New Using Template

prompt, select ISIR Correction Outbound

On the

Configure Integration Services

page, if you are configuring a new integration system to export ISIR corrections for the 2025-2026 award year, select the

Enabled

check box for

ISIR Correction Outbound/ISIR Correction Outbound Data

to enable the Data Utilization Service (DIS), and then click

Select

Integration System

Configure Integration Attributes

from the related actions menu of the integration system.

Add an attribute to the Financial Aid Award Year
row.

Select the current award year from the

Value

prompt.

Add your ISUs to the

System Users Exempt from password expiration

Launch an Integration.
