Create Integration System User for ISIR Correction Outbound Integration

Create Integration System User for ISIR Correction Outbound Integration

Set up the ISIR Correction Outbound integration system for the applicable award year.
You can assign an integration system user (ISU) to only 1 integration system at a time. To avoid creating a new ISU every year for your ISIR Correction Outbound integration, you can create 2 ISUs and alternate them for odd and even-numbered years. Example: When you configure the ISIR Correction Outbound integration for the 2025-2026 award year, remove the odd-numbered ISU from the 2023-2024 integration and reuse it for the 2025-2026 integration.
  1. Access the
    Create Integration System User
    task.
  2. As you complete the task, consider:
    Option Description
    User Name
    Enter a
    User Name
to use for odd or even-numbered years. Examples:
    • ISU_ISIR_Correction_Outbound_ODD
    • ISU_ISIR_Correction_Outbound_EVEN
    Generate Random Password
    Select the check box.
    Session Timeout Minutes
Keep the value at zero to prevent the integration system user session from expiring. Expired sessions can cause the integration to stop before it successfully completes.
    Do Not Allow UI Sessions
    Select the check box.
  3. Access the
    View Integration System
    report.
Select your ISIR Correction Outbound integration.
  4. From the related actions menu of the integration system, select
    Workday Account
    Edit
    .
  5. From the
    Workday Account
prompt, select the ISU for the current year.
If your ISU doesn’t display in the prompt, ensure that no other integration system is using it.
