Workday Student enables you to prepare for subsequent financial aid award years with careful planning. Based on the Financial Aid Policies framework, we carry your configuration forward each year until you enter a different configuration using a new effective date.

Use the Student Financial Aid Yearly Configuration Checklist on Workday Community as a reference point for your yearly review. The checklist provides a list of review items for institutions that implement a full Workday financial aid model and those that implement a third-party financial aid model. Refer to the notes and links to assist you with reviewing, updating, and configuring the items.
