- Eligibility calculations.
- The presence or absence of other financial aid in the same package.
Example: You want a student to be eligible for Grant B if their GPA is 3.95 or
higher, and Grant A isn't present in their financial aid package.

- Is canceled.
- Won't be assigned in packaging.
